Can I as an agent or private person decide what to put on the site and can I put it there myself?
Yes You decide how much information to put out. You can put as much or as little information as you/your client wants. Naturally, the site is directed at the upper end of the market with prices currently ranging between 3 mil Euro and up to more than 100 mil Euro. We do not recommend listing properties below.
Who get access to the information?
Our portal is a members-only service directed at property professionals and HNW/UHNW advisors. We manually approve members when they register to ensure that they are relevant to our market. If they are not easily able to demonstrate a direct link to either the luxury property market or as a HNW/UHNW advisor, we do not approve the membership
What information does a client get access to?
Members of our service are able to view as much information as is provided by each listing agent. As this sector has different 'levels' of being off-market, we give full discretion to the agent with regards to how much information they are prepared to initially share. Some agents have been instructed by their clients to be extremely discreet and therefore they will provide no images and just a relatively brief description. At the other end of the scale, some clients will have been instructed to simply avoid the public property portals and for these properties we will probably have a number of images, full description and possibly even the exact location.
What happens if a client is interested?
If someone is interested in a property which you have listed, they can contact us and we will directly forward to you.
